The 4th VIPF - Photo Contest and Photo Exhibition

The submission deadline for the 2015 VIPF Photo Contest is August 31, 2015.

The 2015 VIPF Photo Contest accepts all photographic work from amateurs to professionals worldwide. There are two categories, the “Open” category and the “Human Portraiture” category. The winning photographs will be exhibited during the days of the festival from Oct 2 - 4 at VanDusen Botanical Gardens. After the festival, the exhibition will be exhibited between International Village Shopping Centre in Vancouver and Aberdeen Centre in Richmond for the month of October. You can also participate in the photo exhibition, two images per person. Please invite all friends to participate in the contest and support the photography festival. VIPF and CAPA together, are to present 12 medals. Gold, Silver and Bronze medal winners will not only be awarded with a special medal, they will also receive this year's limited edition VIPF postage stamps and we will take the winning photographs and transform them into unique, one of a kind postage stamps, plus a prize package. A special award has been made specifically for our presenting sponsor, the Organic ECO Centre Corporation. The OEC Award is to be bestowed to the “Best of the Show” photographer, a cash award of $200.00 CAD and an opportunity for the winner to exhibit his/her own private work.
